2. Return Eligibility & RMA Requirement
All returns require advance merchant Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval prior to posting packages back to the warehouse. Unauthorized return shipments without an active RMA number cannot be accepted.
For change-of-mind refunds, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original retail packaging with all included documentation and accessories.
